             In order for your Application to be reviewed you will need to complete  and submit the form by clicking the Submit an Application button found below. 

            IMPORTANT TO NOTE: the following documents will need to be uploaded on the Application, without these documents your Application  will not be processed. Everyone over the age of 18 must fill in their information as an "Applicant".  All applicants will be subject to an employment check, and a landlord check. All tenants residing in our properties are required to carry tenant insurance at all times during the lease.

            Documents required for upload are:

1. Valid Picture ID
2. Proof of income: your 3 most recent pay stubs or a letter of employment dated within the past 14 days (if you are self employed please upload the last three months of bank statements )
3. Credit report: We require a full credit report where your name is clearly visible. This can be attached as a screenshot or PDF. Credit reports can be obtained for free from sites like creditkarma.ca, equifax.ca, borrowell.com, or check with your current bank. 
4. Pet pictures and licences (if applicable)
