STEP 1: Owner Information Form

If the rental property is owned by more than one individual each owner has to fill in and submit a form. You will need to upload a copy of your ID prior to submitting the form.

STEP 2: Property Information Form

If you have recently purchased your property, and have a copy of the MLS you don't need to complete this form. Just send us the MLS number via e-mail to admin@casacalgary.com.

You will require to have the following documents available prior to submitting the form: landlord's insurance, land title of the unit, condominium management contact (if applicable).
